Clean Quote Forms lets you create multi-step booking forms with live pricing, embed them on your website, collect payments through Stripe, and optionally sync bookings to Jobber.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created by our administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- You will use the service only for lawful purposes and in connection with your own business.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or to other accounts.
- You will not use the service to transmit harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
4. Payments and fees
Customer payments are processed by Stripe. Any fees charged by payment providers or third-party services are your responsibility. Card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by us.
5. Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), and Jobber (CRM). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Quote Forms and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account data.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
